Experimente aus der digitalen Dunkelkammer. Ein 10 Seiten Portfolio mit 10 großformatigen Bildern in PICTURES mit kontrastreichen Schwarz-Weiss Fotografien. Inspiriert durch William Henry Fox Talbot´s photogenen Zeichnungen fühlte ich mich in die Zeit meiner ersten Gehversuche mit Fotogrammen in der Dunkelkammer zurückversetzt. Die Dunkelkammer wurde durch Photoshop ersetzt. Herausgekommen sind grafische Bilder die von Formen und Linien leben. Ein großer Dank an die PICTURES Redaktion, besonders an Alena Schmidt, für die tolle Umsetzung.
Experimentos del laboratorio digital. Un portafolio de 10 páginas con 10 imágenes de gran formato en la revista alemán PICTURES con fotografías en blanco y negro de alto contraste. Inspirado por los imágenes de William Henry Fox Talbot, tuve la sensación placentera como la primera vez cuando hacía fotogramas en el laboratorio análogo. El laboratorio ha sido reemplazado por Photoshop. El resultado son imágenes gráficas que viven de sus formas y líneas. Muchas gracias al equipo editorial de PICTURES, especialmente a Alena Schmidt, por la excelente realización.
Experiments from the digital darkroom. A 10-page portfolio with 10 large-format images in the german photo magazine PICTURES with high-contrast black and white photographs. Inspired by William Henry Fox Talbot’s photogenic drawings, I felt like I was walking back in the darkroom when I tried for the first time to make photograms. The darkroom has been replaced by Photoshop. The result is a portfolio with graphic images that live from shapes and lines.
